Our Landmark Projects
A portfolio of excellence in real estate development across Lebanon and the UAE.

Garden Tower - Hamra, Beirut (2008)
The first Lebanon-based project, Garden Tower, is a 17-floor residential building featuring a communal rooftop, gym, and basement parking. A landscaped private garden sits at the rear of the building, while the entrance is framed by additional green space and a central fountain.

Mandara Village - West Bekaa (2012)
Located in the Bekaa Valley, Mandara Village offers individually owned plots within a private, maintained community. The development includes an equestrian arena, stables, an animal farm, and orchards producing seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Campus Building - Hamra, Beirut (2012)
Located one minute from the American University of Beirut’s main gate but set back from busy Bliss Street, is a 14-floor residential building with a penthouse featuring a private pool and rooftop. Campus was designed for investors, visiting academics, and students.

Guardian Towers - Abu Dhabi (2011)
Previous to the Lebanon developments, the team had acquired lands in the UAE, which eventually arose as two separate projects. Guardian Towers is comprised of two 17-floor buildings—one residential and one commercial—operating under a fully-managed rental model. The commercial tower is anchored by Technip Energies, with a consistent tenant waiting list. The residential tower offers one- and two-bedroom units and has maintained an average occupancy of approximately 95% since completion.

Friends Tower - Abu Dhabi (2020)
Situated adjacent to Guardian Towers, Friends Tower operates on the same fully managed rental model. Despite being completed during the COVID-19 lockdown, the building quickly attracted tenants and has sustained an impressive average occupancy rate of 98%.
